Genesis

Anticipating the explosive demand for smart infrastructure technology, Grid Technology was re-capitalized and re-launched in 2020 as GridModal SPV, an investment entity under Pinnacle Holding B.V., to target and invest in digital infrastructure opportunities across developing and emerging geographies.
